I have a friend who went on vacation to PEI and rented a house and it was this house. The house is used for filming and when he is not filming it is rented out to tourists. Boy would i love to stay there. Apparently the view is better than it appears on the show, and the house is amazing in real life, even more amazing than it looks on tv. Of course that doesn't really make much sense and when you see other angles of the house in the show you can tell that it is and always was part of the original design.
