I'm so apathetic about those agreements that I always just say yes. I'm sure Microsoft has the rights to at least my first 5 unborn children. How legally binding is it if you click "Yes" to a 4,500 word chunk of text with no witness and no legal advice? For heaven's sake, at least they could provide a layman-readable version so we had a sweet clue as to what they're talking about. I had to click “Yes” to the same chunk of text this week too.
