This is the problem with DRM. Here’s someone who’s not looking to steal music and, in fact, legitimately bought the music. But Apple’s DRM wouldn’t let her use it the way she wanted to. She will now go and BitTorrent it. The RIAA would certainly consider that theft. I would not.
